Pros: The Apps are great and very easy to use, great picture quality and very easy to set upa value for money set
Cons: There is no bluetooth which meant having to buy converters to fit sound bar, which is needed as sound quality very tinny. The remote is small and does not have the same quality of previous samsung ones

Pros: Nice design, picture and sound quality very good
Cons: Has come on a few times in the middle of the night? Still not sure why? Happened 3 times now and had the TV about a month?

Pros: Reviewer left no comment
Cons: My only difficulty with this tv is that I had to seek someone to set it up for me as I do not have a smart phone which I gather makes this easier. I am also not a technical person at all. I guess that if there had been an installation service this would have been easier for me but in these times I can understand why.

Pros: Good quality picture.
Cons: Disappointing sound quality which was muffled as the speakers are at the back of the TV. Landed up having to purchase a sound bar which pushes up the cost considerably.

Pros: Good smart TV functions and built in WiFi. Easy to set up. Picture quality is good in full HD
Cons: Terrible built in speakers, very tinny and not so loud. There are connections for a soundbar, but why would you want to spend the same again on extras?Going through the system can be sluggish at times. Requires a faster processor.Watching and switching between standard and HD content especiailly in smart streaming services requires picture adjustment.Annoying standby LED that you can't turn off.Feet seem a bit flimsy.

EXCELLENT SAMSUNG TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY!
This was bought to replace a 22" LG as part of a kitchen refurbishment. We have found it to have an excellent picture quality and a decent sound for the environment in which it operates, as well as being ergonomically well-designed and easy to use. All in all, an excellent piece of kit.

Great picture and features, sound not so good.
The picture is brilliant and all of the apps you need for streaming are available. The sound from the internal speaker is poor, it is tinny and without bass, it is not very inspiring when watching a movie. The TV does have an optical sound output so you could invest in a suitable speaker system to accommodate it, but that is not a cheap option. I have a Bose sound link mini that I wanted to use, but there is no headphone socket and no bluetooth connection available on the TV. I overcame the problem by buying a digital to analogue converter that came with an optical cable from Amazon for £10 which worked fine and I am able to use the Bose sound link or standard headphones which is great.

As good as a small TV gets
The service from Richer Sounds was extremely good .If you are looking for a 32” tv, this model is a good choice

Excellent service, excellent product
Having foolishly thought I could easily buy a tv from Currys I soon spiralled down a terrible customer service hole of totally uninterested staff, incorrect stock figures and general lack of care. Why I had forgotten to check Richer Sounds first I don’t know. I have previously purchased 2 TVs from them and this purchase, despite the changes because of covid, was just as smooth. The price for the TV, a 32” Samsung Full HD, was the best I could find online, and doesn’t disappoint, crystal clear, easy to set up and everything you can expect from a Samsung. And with RS’s 6 year guarantee included the purchase was a no brainer.I have to say that it’s actually the team at RS that have impressed me the most. From ordering, to delivery, they’ve been superb. TV was here in 48 hrs when they gave a lead time of 5 days.Customer Service is key and Richer Sounds continue to excel, setting themselves over and above anyone similar on the High Street. Thank you and I’ll be back !

Great specification
Bought this for my sister a week ago. Its a lightweight set intended primarily as a second TV but comes with an easy to use interface and a lot of standard features. There are only 2 HDMI inputs but with the built in Amazon, Apple TV and Netflix its hard to imagine more than 2 inputs being needed.A good picture that is a bit washed out in a very bright sunlit room - but you could draw the curtains or ideally should be outside on a sunny day!Sound seems fine - and it does come with BBC iPlayer, ITV Hub and other catch up facilities out of the box. Built in Freeview play means you can go to the start of a program with a touch of the green button. At this price point its 5 stars!

Mixed but good
I bought this primarily as an Xbox TV and Netflix Box.HDR is HDR8 so incompatible with the Xbox HDR otherwise rock solid 1080, very good contrast and colours.HDR works for the Netflix app but not the Amazon Prime, it makes a noticeable difference. There is no iPlayer at the moment but as said hopefully an update will sort this out.Out of the box the setup is good apart from the sharpness, which I would suggest either turning off or down to 2/3.Choice is limited for 32” and having used this for a week now I am very happy, colours and contrast are punchy, it seems to have low lag for gaming as most Samsung’s do and apart from iPlayer the apps are good.

Excellent Picture quality, with full 1080 HD.
The picture quality on this TV, even on non HD broadcasts, is so much better than it's predecessor. The TV is mounted on the wall in my Kitchen/Diner/Seating/Area and is the house second TV and is perfect in this role. The only slight problem is that it stands on two legs on each side rather than one in middle and I don't think it looks the most stable (not used in my case). The initial set up of the TV and Smart function was easy and intuitive. The remote is also a step up with seperate Netflicks and Amazon buttons and a good slection of apps (easy to sign into) on the menu. The sound is ok in the room we use it, but would not be good enough as my main TV. That said, I will be buying a suitable soundbar tp upgrade the sound. So in summary; excellent value for money, best in a smaller room (bedroom, study) or ok if in a living room if you match to a soundbar, easy to mount on a wall bracket plate with four M4 screws (no wall mounted fixture included). Over all a perfect small budget smart HD television with excellent picture quality. Great value for money.
