Affordable yet feature-rich and boasting a premium design and strong battery life, TechRadar gave the Fitbit Inspire HR 4/5 stars. It doesn't have Fitbit Pay and on occasion it can't register a swipe, but it's still a great option for beginners.

Expert Reviews was over the moon with the Inspire HR. Priced well, attractive and being part of Fitbit it benefits from the company's excellent companion app. The interface can be slightly awkward to use which means it's difficult to check your stats in the middle of exercise.

This does pretty much what it says it does but I wish I’d known that the screen only turns in for a few seconds so constantly turns off even while I’m scrolling to another screen which is really frustrating and makes real time checking if heart rate impossible while out running for example. It’s also annoying that although I’ve bought a Fitbit produce I still have to pay for premium if I want more than the very basics on the Fitbit app. I had assumed all features would come with it.

-Measures HR accurately (when compared to HR monitor in gym) -Measures steps accurately -Sleeping tracker is great; interesting to see HR when sleeping, sleep score is cool tho might be a bit gimmicky -Calories burned tends to be overestimated (but take into account it’s also incorporating BMR) -Looks nice and feels like it’s barely there

2nd one bought in a week and this one has failed too! Doesn’t record distance like the others do after thousands of steps the miles walked says 0.01 Fitbit aren’t interested so suggest swapping for charge 3 or some other make. Do not buy the inspire. Beautiful design but just doesn’t work.

My fitbit is as good as the adverts say, does everything that I want it for and is very comfortable to wear ,even at night . The phone message warning it gives has meant that I no longer miss calls due to not hearing my mobile, a real plus!!.

Brought this for my 10 year old after looking at the diffrent watches. Can't wait to give this to her. Charger is in box so don't need to buy it separately.

The device has all the functionality of the charge 3 but with a smaller footprint on your wrist. I found the battery life to be about the same 3-4 days and the interface on your phone was good with connection and readout of key goals. It is a great addition to any fitness regime and sleep tracking / heartbeat will pick up problems straight away. The device won't make you thin, but the motivation improves when you see what you can do, then competitive instinct pushes you forward to do more :)

Great that it’s waterproof but screen difficult to scroll through when wet, once swimming is selected it works really well until you come to finish the swim where it’s difficult to scroll through again

Bought the adult fit bit for my 10-year-old son as the children's one didn't have all the features. So easy to use, he loves the steps and adding in his food, my son is underweight for his age so this is good for showing him he needs to eat more for the calories he uses daily so he can grow taller
