A great option for a workout, but not the right option for an audiophile was the conclusion of What Hi-Fi. Being easy to use, extremely comfortable and boasting great battery life meant it was even more annoying than the sound failed both on bass, dynamic range and overall excitement.

The Guardian liked the sound of the Powerbeat Pro and was impressed with the quick pairing with both iOS and Android devices. Fit, connectivity and volume controls were also a plus. However, wearing them with glasses is an issue, they come with a huge case and, of course, they are expensive.

Sound quality was extremely poor, lacking in bass and really quiet! Even at max they were half the volume of £20/£40 wireless pairs I own. Also uncomfortable for any period of time. May have just been a faulty pair as I also experienced Bluetooth drop out on one of them, despite being paired to a fully updated iPhone.. recommend trying before buying if you can.

I do love these headphone, they are easy for the gym! Stay on well. Although, they wrap around your ear so well that sometimes they dig in too far and it hurts inside my ear. One of my headphones needs extra charging time whilst the other is okay. They are so expensive I’m scared to take them to work in case I lose them!

The product features, comfort and sound quality is great. But the left earbud stopped working in just 3 days. Tried resetting and other troubleshooting techniques but no luck. Had to return mine.

I was looking for a decent pair of everyday headphones that I could use commuting, at work and in the gym that looked discreet and had a good sound quality...you will not find a better pair of all round headphones than these. I wanted AirPods but they didn’t stay in my ears and the sound leaks out. The power beat pros stay in no matter how vigorous the work out, the sound quality is great and even at full volume my colleague who sits next to me couldn’t hear a thing. 100% worth the money.

Fantastic headphones and easy to use! Grate for the gym, running and you can use one head phone at a time for hands free! Sounds amazing too!!
